Innovate and design through collaborative processes

Innovation is often the result of a creative and collaborative process.
The module will provide knowledge and techniques necessary to trigger team’s creativity, foster innovation and reach cooperative solutions for problems and challenges.
The module is based on Design Thinking, which is a collaborative, creative and person-based approach. Its aim is creating services and products to achieve better results.
Nowadays, this method is widely employed to manage innovative projects or solve the problems of companies and organisations, as well as those of their costumers/users.
