Enrica Pautasso
Director ESG Smart Academy
Enrica is the Director of the ESG Smart Academy, responsible for designing, developing and delivering the training programme and coordinating the team.
She holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa and a Master's degree in International Relations and Human Rights Protection from the University of Turin. She has more than 11 years of experience in the field of sustainable development and adult education, working on many Erasmus + projects related to both sustainability education and competence-oriented learning. She worked for eight years as European Project Manager with Blinc, a German network active in the fields of adult education and sustainable, human and societal, development.
From 2013 to 2020 she worked with Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna where she coordinated the first online Master's programme offered by the Scuola, presented and managed European projects on the topic of training and took part in the planning and management of several highly specialised training offers. She has also worked with the United Nations, both in New York and in the field and gained experience in the non-profit sector working for a global NGO in Brussels.
For Smart Revolution, she is co-founder and administrator, in charge of the European Project Management sector and she is Sustainability Manager.
Giacomo Altamura
Client and Finance Manager
Co-Founder and Administrator of Smart Revolution, Giacomo is in charge of the relationships with clients and the financial management of the ESG Smart Academy.
Since 2016 Giacomo has been in charge of activating training courses through the inter-professional funds, especially Fondartigianato e Formazienda, and he has been responsible for the delivery of more than 1000 hours of training.
For Smart Revolution Giacomo is in charge of the private companies’ consulting services and works as Project Manager with reference to national, regional and provincial tender opportunities on innovation, research and development, industry 4.0, internationalisation, and green.

Rossella Altamura
Learning & Development Strategist
Rossella is the Learning & Development Strategist for the ESG Smart Academy, responsible for providing strategic support in the ideation, development, and implementation of effective training programmes in the ESG fields, as well as aligning training and development efforts with an organization's strategic goals. She holds a Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Pisa.
She has more than 12 years of experience in the training sector, both in Italy and abroad, and she has delivered trainings for the European Union Institutions, United Nations, Ministries, NGOs, and private companies. From 2011 till 2020 she worked for Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, in charge of the design, organization, evaluation and monitoring of highly specialized training activities, including a Master programme, in the sector of human rights, conflict management, and security for personnel working in high-risk areas.
For Smart Revolution she is one of the co-founders and administrators, in charge of the training sector and the security branch of the company.
Alberico Bedini
Subject Matter Expert
Alberico is the Subject Matter Expert for the ESG Smart Academy in the environmental field. For the Academy he follows several aspects of environmental science, policy and management, providing technical expertise and advisory on the recent development of the subject. He holds a PhD in the field of Biology from Friedrich Schiller University (DE) and a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in agricultural sciences from the University of Pisa. He worked for seven years with companies, universities and research centres from almost every EU countries in different aspects of environmental sustainability. He took part in numerous EU projects on environment and sustainability and he published scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals on the topic.
For Smart Revolution, he is a Senior Project Manager, in charge of the coordination and ideation of several projects with environmental topics and other issues.

Paola Capello
Stakeholder Engagement Manager
Paola is the Stakeholder Engagement Manager of the ESG Smart Academy, in charge of the creation of strategic partnerships. Paola obtained a Master’s Degree in International Trade at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin and a Level II Master in Open Innovation and IPR jointly organized by LUISS in Rome and the School of Business Administration of Turin. Experienced and passionate about European projects, she has always worked as a project manager to develop initiatives related to research, innovation and increasing the competitiveness of companies and organisations in various sectors. She supports companies and no-profit organisations through the co-design and implementation of the agreed-on growing strategies from fund raising to execution. Particular attention is paid to setting up and consolidating the network of stakeholders to create synergies and new market opportunities for the deployed products and/or services.

Training Assistant
Alessia is Training Assistant for the ESG Smart Academy, with the task of supporting the organisation and delivery of the training offer and providing assistance to participants during the training.
Alessia holds a Master's degree in European Policies, Planning and Funds from the University of Padua and previously graduated in International and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Bologna. Her academic career has always been accompanied by voluntary work and journalism on issues related to sustainability and European citizenship. For a year she was, in fact, Author for the Environment and Development section of Mondo Internazionale APS.
For Smart Revolution, she is Junior Project Manager in the areas of European Project Management and Consultancy for private companies.

Logistics and Administration Manager
Tommaso is the Logistics and Administration Manager of the ESG Smart Academy, in charge of administrative procedures and logistical arrangements related to the online or in-person trainings.
Specialised in Management and Tourism Planning, he has experience as Operation Manager and Business Consultant for ESN Compostela (Spain), Operations Coordinator for Welcome Incoming Services of Globalia and Senior Pricing Analyst for MSC Cruises (United Kingdom). He has created tailored itineraries for more than 2.000 participants per year and provided technical assistance in the management of tourist destinations and product development.
